I have added Scratchpad into my workflow in my last and current role.... I have adopted Scratchpad for the last year with a heavy refusal to change. This tool takes the headache out of the admin work you have to do as an AE. In prior roles when I'd only work out of Salesforce, I didn't take near enough time updating opportunities/account information as well as using very limited fields.

Before I would spend at least an hour before our weekly pipeline meetings to make updates on deals. This would mean opening up almost every opp to update next steps, dates, notes, etc.
Now I will do a lot of this more ad-hoc because it's so simple to do in Scratchpad and I only spend about 10 minutes to make the same weekly updates I was doing before.
