As Scratchpad's first full-time marketing hire, you will play a key role in creating our brand voice and developing and executing go-to-market plans across multiple channels. You will be responsible for aligning our Product, Sales, Success and Marketing efforts to drive the introduction, awareness and adoption of our product. You will develop product and audience messaging and positioning and lead product launches. You will work closely with sales to develop and iterate on pricing and packaging. Your role will be to understand both the market and the competitive landscape to provide thought leadership on strategy. You will also play an important role to help tell Scratchpad's story through the lens of our users (salespeople). As a core member of an early-stage team, you will be involved in long-term strategy as well as highly tactical day-to-day execution. Reporting directly to the CEO & Cofounder, this is a rare opportunity to help an early-stage, mission-driven company grow.
